I want to purchase tickets but the listing says they’re not on sale yet. What should I do?
Tickets for events are available for purchase six weeks prior to the event. You may come back to the listing to purchase within the window. If you’d like a reminder, select the “keep me posted” option from the ticket window and complete the registration. We’ll keep you notified of upcoming events and ticket availability.
Do you offer Reserved Seating?
The On Stage with Classical KING FM and The Eastside Jazz Club series offer reserved seating. All other series remain General Admission unless otherwise indicated.
Do you take orders by Phone?
Sorry, we’re unable to process ticket purchases by phone. Purchases can be made online or in our lobby within 30 minutes prior to showtime.

What is the Price for tickets?
Resonance is committed to providing diverse and affordable events that engage people from all walks of life. Ticket prices vary from one event to another. See individual event listings for specific prices.
Do you offer any Promotions?
From time to time, we may offer promotions and discount opportunities. If you’ve purchased a ticket online, you’re already on our email list. If not, subscribe via our website and follow us on Facebook for promotional discounts and other unique opportunities.
Are Taxes and Services Fees included in the price?
Unless otherwise stated, the retail price each event includes the combined local and state sales tax rate of 10%. Additional processing fees may apply.
May I Cancel my ticket and receive a Refund?
No. Tickets may not be cancelled or refunded. However, you may request that a ticket be transferred from one event to another qualifying event. Because we host the events of many other organizations as well as our own, not all events qualify for a transfer.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime and are locked 30 minutes past showtime. Please arrive on time to avoid interrupting an ongoing performance.
How do I Check In?
Online tickets are delivered as a PDF attachment to the purchaser’s email address via the Eventbrite platform. You may print your tickets or present them at check in using the Eventbrite smart phone app for iOS or Android devices. Look for these links in your confirmation email to access your tickets.
I’ve never been to Resonance. How is the seating formatted?
Each event listing displays one of two icons indicating whether it features row seating or table seating. Row seating is a traditional auditorium seating format. Table seating typically features 8-10 chairs placed along round tables in a cabaret style configuration.
I’m disabled and concerned about accessibility. What safeguards are in place to accommodate my needs?
Our facilities are handicap accessible and meet all local, state and federal requirements. Please use the retail elevator accessible from the street level at the central courtyard – between the two towers. The same elevator serves the retail portions of the parking garage (P1, P2). Take the elevator to L2 to access Resonance.

WINE & BEER
I’ve heard you offer beer and wine during and throughout the performance. Is that true?
Most events at Resonance feature table seating at which wine and beer varieties are available for purchase by the glass or bottle. Some events may also feature desserts, snacks, and other specialty items produced by local vendors. It all combines to create an elegant event.
Since alcohol is present, may my child attend? Are there any age restrictions?
For events serving alcohol, children are welcome when accompanied by an adult unless the event’s service icons indicate 21+. We ask that parents and guardians be mindful of the impact their children’s attendance may have on the enjoyment of others. Please use discretion when bringing very young children or those who may distract the performers or audience.
ARRIVING EARLY OR LATE
What time should I arrive? When do doors open?
Doors open 30 minutes prior to the showtime listed on your ticket. Doors lock 30 minutes after the showtime listing on your ticket. Please plan to arrive within this window. Should you arrive early, we recommend that you visit one of a growing list of restaurants and cafés at SOMA Towers and the surrounding neighborhood. Sorry, in courtesy to the audience and performers, late arrivals will not be admitted and no refunds will be issued.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Am I allowed to bring outside food and beverage into Resonance?
During a public performance and when Resonance is open to the public, no outside food and drink is permitted within our walls. Food and Beverage options are available, depending on the wants and needs of the event organizer, and are provided by our professional catering and bar tending partners. Photography and Recording
Can I photograph or record audio/video of the performance?
Unless otherwise stated, photography and any other form of video or audio recording, at any public event, is strictly prohibited. Violators who refuse to comply will be asked to delete associated files and may be escorted from the premises.
