We are located on level two (L2) of the north SOMA Tower at 288 106th Ave NE, Ste. 203, between 2nd and 4th streets, in downtown Bellevue. You may access level two from street level via the outside stairways or by using the retail elevator located between the two towers, which also provides access from the parking garage below.
Driving from the North: Take I-405 south to exit 13a in Bellevue. Turn right on 4th Street and continue to 106th Ave NE. Turn left and travel half a block. Tower will be to your left.
Driving from the South: Take I-405 north to exit 13a in Bellevue. Keep to the left and turn left on 4th Street. Continue over the interstate to 106th Ave NE. Turn left and travel half a block. Tower will be to your left.
Driving from Seattle: Take either SR 520 or I-90 across Lake Washington to I-405 and follow the appropriate directions (as above).
The first two levels provide public parking and are available to guests of building residents and several retailers. Public parking is limited to nonresident stalls. We cannot guarantee parking availability.
Avoid a citation!
- When leaving your car, make note of your stall number
- Enter it into the parking kiosk located near the retail elevator at the center of the garage (marked in orange-red paint)
- Select the duration of your stay (the first two hours are free, each additional hour is $2.00)
- Make payment if necessary – machine accepts credit/debit cards, cash and quarters (does not make change)
- Print a receipt, and leave it on the dash of your vehicle
SOMA Towers is a mixed-use building with more than 220 residential apartments. Please do not enter the residential lobbies and elevators (marked in blue paint). They are secured for residents only.
Take the retail elevator to level two (L2). Retail service areas are marked with orange paint. Once at L2, you’ll find the entrance to Resonance is located on the far northwest corner of the building.
