Know before you go

An Improved Experience: Know Before You Go

Kristopher Jenkins

In our post-pandemic world, having a plan is more important than ever. The return of live music requires a few small changes to process and procedure here at Resonance. We want your experience with us to be the best it can be. Here are a few tips to know before you go.

What's New?

Arrival: "In-Person & Live Stream" Events

Events marked “In-Person & Live Stream” are streamed and recorded in front of a live audience. Consequently, we open our doors a full 30-60 minutes prior to showtime to allow sufficient time for guests to be seated and to prevent disturbances and delays. Please check the event listing for the exact opening of our doors.

Please plan to arrive early enough to be seated at least 15 minutes before showtime. Those who arrive at or after showtime will not be provided entry and will forfeit their ticket; doors will be locked promptly at showtime.

Is this your first visit? Please review directions and parking information.

Check In

We’ve made it easier to check in. Just show your ticket to the bartender, place your order, then make yourself comfortable at any available seat (general admission).

Your Events

Access the events you’ve already purchased or added to your favorites. Go to My Events for a list of favorite events and the events you’ve already purchased.

Tickets

In the past we used independent platforms like Eventbrite to sell and manage tickets. There’s no longer a need to visit another website to access order history or tickets.

We’ve made it easy to find your tickets here. Just log in to My Account. Then select Tickets from the menu.

Simply print or display tickets on a smartphone during check in. And never worry if you forget, just provide the name of the ticket-holder at check in.

Live Stream

Live Stream tickets provide access to live stream content during the event and through to its expiration. To access the live stream content, simply sign in then navigate to the event and click the “Play” button to begin viewing.

Google Chromecast & Apple AirPlay

Guests may cast streaming content to a compatible television using Google’s Chromecast or Apple’s AirPlay.

Note: both the controlling device (usually a smartphone) and the receiving device (a television) must be connected to the same network.

Streaming Issues

The most common issue encountered while streaming is a buffering delay. This may occur due to insufficient internet bandwidth on your network. Our streaming provider simultaneously records the live stream. If you encounter a slowdown, simply set the play-marker back 30-60 seconds.

Note: the video viewer has been designed with a placeholder image and countdown. If you encounter this display just prior to showtime, please wait for the countdown to expire then refresh your browser and click the “Play Live Stream” button again to view the video.

Other Issues

If you encounter other issues, please review our Help page.
