Laura Loge

Soprano Laura Loge has been hailed for her “characterful and versatile voice.” Opera roles include Violetta (La Traviata), Musetta (La Bohème), Micaëla (Carmen), Ännchen (Der Freischütz), Lisa (La Sonnambula), La Fée (Cendrillon), Lucy (The Telephone), Rosalinda (Die Fledermaus), Second Lady (Magic Flute) and Suor Genovieffa (Suor Angelica). She has performed Requiems by Mozart, Fauré, Schumann and Verdi, and Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, Grieg’s Orchestrated Songs, and Handel’s Messiah. She specializes in Nordic Art Song, with numerous performances, including Grieg’s villa. Laura is the Artistic Director of the Mostly Nordic Chamber Music Series and the President of the Northwest Edvard Grieg Society.
